Flow with Nature
A series of yoga classes filmed in the most stunning natural locations in France. This passion project was created by me and my partner over 3 weeks in October 2023. You will be transported to sleepy rivers in the Dordogne area, golden beaches in the South and mountain ranges in the Alps. There is something for everyone in this series, give it a try and I'd love to know how you find it!
