Hello! My name is Ella Mills, I am a Yoga Teacher in Southampton, Hampshire.

My yoga journey involves both practicing and teaching its diverse traditions. Some of my favourite styles are Hatha Yoga, Yin + Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra. For me yoga has taught me the importance of balance in all aspects of life. Through breathing techniques and a deeper connection with self, yoga has enhanced my overall sense of purpose and fulfilment. I'd love to share the practise with you!

What to expect:

Feel Good Flow is a welcoming weekly yoga class blending mindful movement, breath, and gentle flow to help you stretch, strengthen, and reset. Open to all levels, with plenty of options to support your own pace and practice.

 

Rooted in traditional yoga the classes always include breath work and meditation!

I have been practising yoga for over a decade now! In this time I have evolved as a person but yoga has consistently been the thread that holds it all together.

 

Merging my passion for yoga and nature I completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training in Costa Rica. Since then, I’ve continued to expand my knowledge through advanced studies and now hold over 500 hours of training.
